Further Tips for Arrival and Departure:

(contribution by Björn from Cologne)
on our way from St. Petersburg to Estland we did’t go directly to Tallin, but along the Peipsi Järv down south heading to Pskov. On the way there the road Nr.P 60 touches the lake directly at Spicyno. A 3 year old resort oflog cabins is located at the Northern edge of the little village, with huts of different standards and a small restaurant. Initially we just stopped there to look at the lake and have a beer. And the guys there, all between end-thirties and early forties, were extremely nice and welcomed us with "hello my friends!" The resort was all booked out – with Russians, I believe – but we could sleep out on the beach in sleeping bags. Both bosses speak English well and made a proper, neat impression and told us that the quarter is to be expanded in the future. So far, they have 38 huts, landing stage at the lake  and boats. So, if you want to point out a nice overnight accommodation coming from Estland on your site, this address is clearly recommendable! After a hot shower and a yummily served  breakfast we got back on the road. On the Internet you find the whole thing at: www.chudskoe.ru
