Cancelation:
Cancelation up to 1 month before planned arrival, you get a 90% refund. Afterwards 0%
Miscelanous:
In case you need the original invitation send by regular mail, we will have to charge you an extra 5 Euro. Delivery by Fax and /or email is included in the visa support charge.
NB! Please keep in mind that - in rare cases - we might switch you to another room in order to optimize occupancy. Only for a small extra charge of 10 Euro per night we are ready to guarantee that you get exactly the room you booked. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
