With 23 sqm. room 1 is the largest one we have. In addition to the standard furniture set it also features an extra fold-out sofa which can be quickly transformed into an extra bed. That makes room No.1 an ideal room for families or small groups up to 4 people.

This room, just like any other has 2 big windows facing the street (5th Sovetskaya). The most convenient thing about this room is that the bathrooms are located directly opposite. Also interesting to know that this room has a TV with Satellite receiver: you can watch a wide range of english TV channels.
