This big room has a size of 21 sqm, being the second-largest in the flat. Like room No.1 it has a fold-out sofa that can be quickly transformed into an extra bed.

This room has a big balcony facing 5th Sovetskaya Street, which makes it especially attractive in the summer months. Although we keep on turning this balcony into a lush bed of flowers during the summer, there will still be room for a lounge chair. Also, all windows going out to Sovetskaya have flower boxes. This is the room for those who love balconies.

Also interesting to know that this room has a TV with Satellite receiver: you can watch a wide range of english TV channels.
