Please note the following:

1. You need a visa to come to Russia. You get the visa from the Russian consulate in your home country. To get the visa you must first obtain an invitation. After arriving in Russia you must register your visa within 3 working days.

2. You must have health insurance that covers the period of your visa. You can buy an insurance policy from an insurance agency or a travel agency.

3. The cost of the visa, invitation and registration can vary widely, depending on the travel agency and even the location of the consulate. Therefore, it might be worthwhile to compare prices before ordering!

4. We can provide an invitation for your visa and its registration in St.Petersburg. However, we cannot provide the visa itself.

1. Book a room (and order any additional services)
2. Receive a written confirmation of your booking
3. Fill out the form below. We will use the information in this form to receive the invitation for you and for sending it to the fax and or address you have specified on the form below
4. Transfer the fee for invitation and registration to our bank account. As soon as needed, bank account information will be sent to you.
5. After we have received the money we will arrange your invitation and send it to the address you specified

Important Information!

• If WE have organized the invitation for you please fill in the following information in the consulate questionnaire
  • For "Visit Purpose" enter "TOURIST"
  • For "Inviting Organization" enter "OST WEST CONTACT SERVICE"
  • For "Living Place" enter "HOTEL(s)"
• If your children are travelling with their own passport, then they must also get a visa invitation (in the same way as you do)
• If children are travelling with you and they are mentioned in your passport, then they must be included on your visa. For each child an additional fee of 15 Euros is levied. We also require the following information for each child: First/last name, birthday and citizenship
• Please note: Make sure to check all entries you have made in the form precisely before you submit the information to us! All mistakes you made in the form will occure also in your invitation. If you want us to correct data AFTER the original invitation has been filled out, we have to charge you an additional fee of 15 Euro!
